  • FIRST HARVEST 一番茶: Made only from the year’s first spring leaves, the most prized pick of the season, for a naturally sweet, rounded taste.
  • CEREMONIAL GRADE: Crafted for whisking with water. Vivid jade colour, a fine creamy froth and smooth umami with very little bitterness.
  • STONE-MILLED: Slowly ground on traditional stone mills into an ultra-fine powder that whisks smooth and silky, with no grit.
  • HIGH IN EGCG, WITH NATURAL L-THEANINE: EGCG is green tea’s signature catechin. L-theanine is the amino acid behind matcha’s smooth umami and the calm, focused energy matcha lovers know.
  • 100% MATCHA, 7 KCAL A CUP: Nothing added. Single origin from Uji, Kyoto. One 30 g pouch makes 15 cups.

Some mornings deserve a proper bowl.

RIN, 凛, means dignified and composed. It is the matcha we reach for when we want to slow down and do things properly.

THE LEAF
RIN is made only from 一番茶, the first harvest of spring, picked from tea fields in Uji, Kyoto. These young leaves are the most prized of the year. The leaves are then slowly ground on traditional stone mills into a powder so fine it whisks into a silky, jade-green froth.

THE TASTE
Sweet, rounded umami. Fresh steamed greens. A creamy body and a clean finish, with very little bitterness.

IN EVERY CUP
RIN is high in EGCG, green tea’s signature catechin, and naturally contains L-theanine, the amino acid behind matcha’s smooth umami and its calm, focused energy. Each 2 g cup has just 7 kcal, and nothing is added: it is 100% matcha.

THE RITUAL
Sift 2 g into a bowl, add 70 ml of water at 80°C and whisk until frothy. Thirty seconds, one bowl, a calmer start to the day.
