HOW TO PREPARE:

BOWL
1. Sift 2 g (1 tsp) into a bowl.
2. Add 70 ml of water at about 80°C and whisk until frothy.

EVENING LATTE
1. Whisk 2 g with 30 ml of hot water until smooth.
2. Top with 150 ml of warm milk or oat milk. Add honey if you like.
