Where blends smooth the edges, a single cultivar shows you the leaf's true character. Yabukita's is classical: clean grassy freshness, a firm umami spine, and a bright, honest finish that resets the palate rather than coating it. Stone-ground to a fine bloom, it whisks into a lively spring green.
